Do you use your values to set boundaries? You might be healthy, but are you living well? This workshop will teach you how to build resilience and combat stress over time by re-imagining how to set personal boundaries based on what you value and showing you how wellness generates authentic lifestyle self-care.
About the Presenter
Prell is a licensed professional counselor and co-owner of Peace’In’It Counseling. Peace’In’It offers personalized telehealth counseling and therapy services by board-approved licensed professional counselors for residents of Virginia. Originally from Philadelphia, Prell relocated to the 757 and grew up in Norfolk and Chesapeake before attending Virginia Tech. He went on to earn his bachelor’s in psychology and received a Spanish minor before attending Radford University where he earned his master’s in mental health counseling. Prell completed his residency in counseling by providing thousands of hours of direct services to children, adolescents, and families through a variety of community-based services including in-home and crisis services. He is a proponent of encouraging others to live their truths by learning assertiveness and boundaries and being intentional about their wellness.
